Wendy Gay

Wendy Gay is a vibrant and versatile artist whose creative journey spans fashion design, illustration, and fine art. Trained in London’s Regent Street, she began her career as a fashion artist before moving into ethnic fashion design and advertising illustration.

Her travels and cultural interests have inspired a rich body of work—capturing the people of Africa and beyond in watercolour, acrylic, and mixed media. Wendy is also known for her bright, expressive florals and design work in residential interiors.

Now based in Australia, Wendy’s artworks are held in collections across the United States, Africa, and Australia.
